Samples - Can I see some samples before I buy?
You can download sample cartoons to see what you get with your purchase. Use the following links to download appropriate samples that meet your requirements - 72dpi for presentations and 300dpi for Newsletter or other print requirements.
For all other usage, please request for a quote using the form provided on cartoon details page. Or use the contact page to contact us by various means of communication.
Discounts – Do you offer volume discounts?
When you purchase five or more cartoons, we may be able to offer a certain percentage of volume discount. In such cases, please contact us before hand to work out the discount. You can contact us by either using ‘Request A Quote’ form available on cartoon details page or through the Contact Us page.
Payment - How do I make a payment?
Paying by Credit Card
You can make a secure payment by credit card on either PayPal or Google Checkout. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover credit cards for making a payment. Making a payment by credit card allows you to download the cartoon as soon as the payment is processed.

If you prefer to pay by check or any other means, please contact us and we will be glad to honor your request. You can contact us by either using ‘Request A Quote’ form available on cartoon details page or using the Contact Us page.
Delivery - How do I receive the cartoons I buy?
If you make a payment by credit card, you can download the cartoon as soon as the payment is processed. An auto-generated e-mail will be sent to you with a key and a link to download page on Toonbag.com. You can enter the Download Key and press ‘Start Download’ button to download the cartoon (Note: You will be asked to login to go to download page).
Alternatively, you can download the cartoons by logging into your account any time. After login go to My Account page and click on Order Details link. Instructions will be available on this page about how you can download the cartoons.
A compressed file (.zip), which has the cartoon in it, will be available to download. You can download the zip file until 15 days after the first download.

Returns - What is your return policy?
We will gladly refund your payment if you are unable to use the purchased cartoon as planned, if the purchase was made within the last 30 days. For all refund requests, please contact us by e-mail at
